How a customer uses it
Connect an authorized WhatsApp Business phone, bind it to a bot, and operate it from one controlled workspace.
1. Connect WhatsApp. A workspace Owner or Admin starts Embedded Signup from the WhatsApp settings page and authorizes a business phone.
2. Bind a bot and mode. The phone is bound to a MatnBot bot and assigned HumanOnly, Copilot, or Autonomous mode within the configured safety ceiling.
3. Operate with safeguards. Operators monitor conversations, pause automation, take over, create tickets, export sanitized diagnostics, and disconnect the channel when needed.
